Avios 退回时间

积分兑换的票 5/1 ，航班时间改了 ，上BA网站退票，奇怪了  是填写一个表格提交（不是以前正常的确认模式），然后收到了邮件 几天了积分没有退回。这个要等很久吗？

大概4-5天后会有一个邮件通知你里程退款到账的，如果有其他费用也是那一两天内退回的
