Dear Etihad,
I am writing this email to 'complaint' the inflight chef service.
On Xth XXX I was on EY613 from Abu Dhabi to Casablanca, with CM Jane Rouse and Inflight Chef David Buchanan. Although this is my first time flying with EY, I didn't expect much different from my previous first class experiennce with EK, QR, CX, QF, SQ, MU, AA and BA.
However, when I had my meal provided by David, I was so suprised! In the past 8 years I flew more than 100,000 miles a year mostly in C and F. I have eat many good food on board but never expect the food in the air could be such tasty! I had a top restaurant level fish that really melt in my mouth. David also detailed discuss the wine pairing option, as well as answered many of my curiosity about how to cook food onboard. Together with Jane and other top level FA, this short 7 hours trip was so perfect!
After taste the food prepared by David, on my return flight with EK, the food seems a bit tasteless..... I am afraid this inflight chef service will make me feel difficult to accept other airline's food in the future

Thanks again to David, Jane, and all crews on my flight. I am looking forward to fly with Etihad again soon!
