含早预订价239欧一晚，在amoma上找到了207的价格，决定博一把，就预订了预付价，其实有更低的预付价，不含早的话，只要224，但是没有找到比这个价格更低的价格，所以决定用含早价brg。
之后遇到一些曲折，第一个客服不同意，用邮件回复了，截图和说明之后第二个客服同意了。

三晚退360美金，不知道这个钱是退我现金还是什么，支票也不会取出来。有没有以前遇到相同问题的朋友
