这个，写明了订行政下一级，升到行政也不给待遇了？

那升行政房有什么意义？不能进酒廊还能叫行政房？

其实2018年就执行这个制度的。。。。对于非RA的，升行政房，是没待遇。所谓的意义就是行政房一般在高楼层。
