Requesting your award
After being redirected to the One Harmony website, sign in to your One Harmony account using your One Harmony membership number and password.
Open the "My Account & My Card" page.
Click "Redeeming JAL mileage to One Harmony points" located at the bottom of the "My Account & My Card" page.
The JMB login screen will be displayed. Follow the instructions to proceed.
Your One Harmony Points will be credited to your account in around two to three weeks. Credited One Harmony Points can be viewed on the "My Account & My Card" page after signing in on the One Harmony website.
