本帖最后由 中国医大007 于 2022-1-16 06:55 编辑 匹配的钻卡,一直没用,上个月住了一次重庆锦怡豪生,然后前几天查积分的时候发现账号登陆不上去了。
致电会员专线,客服表示周末查询不了,工作日回复。刚刚客服回复告知账号是美国总部操作注销的,他们没有权限恢复也没有办法,我说这个账号里面就住过一次,然后酒店自己登记积分登记错误两次,然后莫名其妙的封号?
我问了下能不能内部反馈这个问题,毕竟只有一次住宿记录,也没买卖过分,完全没理由封号啊,客服告知他们自己也没有渠道联系美国总部,不停重复跟我说网页上提交问题。
如果因为误会封号封错了咱们解决误会重新打开就行,按这势头美国封了中国这边打不开还没渠道反馈,简直当头一棒酸爽无比。如果像我攒了几十万分说封就封,那我不是说疯就疯。。。。然后还没地儿说理
还好自己就住了一次就遇到了封号,损失不算太大。不过版主能不能反馈一下把号打开然我把里面2w多分用了再弃坑不玩

客服没有像第二次推脱,去查验之后发现应该是他们的it问题,重新注册了个账号复原了积分,给了5k安慰分,至此结束了,客服处理还算公正
