Dear Marriott International Head Office,

I am writing to file a complaint about my recent experience at the Dolphin American Western Restaurant in JW Marriott Sanya Dadonghai Bay. On January 20th, at 10pm, I dined alone at the restaurant, which was crowded at the time. I sat at a table near the restroom and the pool table. After finishing a beer, I was approached by the front desk manager, Jackylifei, from the Sanya JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay. He asked if he could buy me a drink.

After that, I decided to go back to my hotel, around 2am on the 21st. Despite my request for him to leave, he insisted on accompanying me back to my room, where he entered and lay on my bed without my consent. I was too tired and weak to push him out of the room. He then attempted to engage in sexual activity with me and when I refused, he threatened to falsely claim that he left his wallet with thousands of RMB and identification in my room.

I find this behavior unacceptable and I demand an immediate investigation and appropriate action to be taken against the front desk manager, Jackylifei. I also expect a formal apology from the hotel management for this traumatic experience.

我喝完一杯啤酒之后 三亚山海天jw万豪酒店前厅经理Jwackylifei主动走到我的位置搭讪 问他能否请我喝点大概到了23年21号早上2点后我说我回去 我说我自己打车就行了 此人非要送我回酒店 当时可能是喝了几杯的原因 感觉特困 到了我自己酒店大东海美墅Alice以后 我打开房门他就冲进我房间躺在我床上了！！！看了上面这些描述注意红色部分常去酒吧喝酒的都知道后面要发生什么事情。

我想楼主想表达的是：他问，能不能请我喝点。或者说应该这样断句。问（我），他能不能请我喝点。这种没标点符号的，确实看的费劲

这复制粘帖弄成这样看着真的累，你要投诉要引发舆情至少把内容编辑编辑好吧，其次不要贪小便宜，陌生人请你喝酒你也就喝，还能喝醉，喝醉了还敢上陌生人的车？这么大的人一点自我保护意识也没有吗？如果你说的属实，支持严惩这种人渣！

之前打电话去他们酒店给我说有这个人后面又说没这个人 看到我发平台了又打电话过来承认有这个人问我怎么处理

我是去三亚的游客 最后一天打卡了鹿回头之后再去那家餐厅打卡 隔天我就回去过年了1月21的下午的飞机 因为21号也没有什么行程 而且他这种人是惯犯知道我隔天回上海就起了歹心

反正都是一面之词我们也就听听。不过法院定罪前哪怕公安机关立案也只能使用涉嫌，你还是谨慎言词，好比对方也不能网络广泛传播你dq。如你所说qbwx公安必须立案的，何故让你们私下协商？还有你们彼此指控都涉及刑名，找单位处理？你单位会凭对方一个电话说你dq就处理你？

我已经发邮件去总部了 我也有当事人在场 当时他赖在我房间不走我的房东正好住在我隔壁 出来协助我报警处理
