本帖最后由 panazhang 于 2023-3-7 23:21 编辑 2月27晚很晚的时候要定酒店,发现深圳同泰万怡酒店提前预定不可取消价是256含税, 当时BAR是600多,赶紧订了10晚, 关机睡觉。
第二天一起床发现预定全部被取消了。心想:万豪现在就这么轻易可以取消预定的啊。 我以前定到100元的威斯汀,也没被取消照常入住啊。打电话给中国400, 回答我们不管,自己去找酒店商量吧。心里一凉,这么多年打400其实都是补登积分,一投诉点问题现在变成这样了啊。 也没联系酒店,酒店自己发邮件说价格错了,你BAR 88折入住吧。

五天后酒店没任何动静,再发邮件给美国,回复来了还是让我自己找酒店: Thank you for reaching out to our Social Media team.
Further to your email, we understand that the room rate shown in the reservation is caused by an error in the hotel reservations system. Hence, the room rate is indicated incorrectly in the hotel confirmation. The correct room rate should be RMB 688. Due to this error, the hotel has canceled your reservation. Prior to this, we understand that the hotel team has tried to offer a 12% discount for the room with the same stay.

算了不搞了,现在的万豪已经不是以前的万豪了。当初SPG还是比较在乎会员口碑的,被收购了现在万豪坐大了。
可是问题来了, 既然不打算处理问题,要留那些会员热线和团队干啥啊。
酒店反悔说价格出了bug, 就不通知客人就取消客户的预订;那客人行程安排出bug了而no show了,酒店确毫不犹豫的扣钱呢?
