哈哈哈，解决了，马上要过期的两个套房券，一个20晚一个40晚选的，回邮件了，分别给我退了10000+5000分，满意了，还是老外给力

Due to change in my plan, the confirmable s uite upgrade may not be used. I hope you can help me to replace the confirmable suite u pgrade with bonus points, thank you very much!
