印象中96小时VFTF免签只给德国和瑞士签发的申根。其他申根不认

12月份我曾邮件咨询过樟宜机场关于"FST"参与资格的问题，得到回复如下“Chinese passport holders will require a valid Singapore visa to enter the country. Free Singapore Tour (FST) brings participants into downtown Singapore after they’ve successfully cleared immigration. Therefore, other than your passport and boarding pass, the immigration officer will be checking for your entry visa too. To prevent any disappointment, we recommend all passengers interested to join FST to have a valid Singapore visa on hand. For visa application, you may want to check with your local travel agent. ” 因此在无签证的情况下，怕是不能参与。

我在想能不能入境新加坡的问题，能登机到新加坡的中转区域应该问题不大了。

另持有美国、日本两国有效多次签证，不知可否申请。

是的。但是申根只认德国和瑞士的申根。

今天早上留意到这则新闻了，隔壁E旅行推送过。内容里我有一个点不太确定就是a valid visa*/long-term pass，就是说“长期的签证（多次）”是“有效签证”的解释说明，还是说只要是“有效签证”不管长短就都可以申请96小时过境签了呢？我个人是有美签，可是同伴没有。

这一点我确实觉得很难受，对于中国人来说，申根签证不管哪个国家签发的都一样的效应，新加坡区别对待申根国家不明白是什么想法。

其实不同国家的申根的效应并不一样，按照规定需要在最长停留国或者第一入境国申请不然可能被拒绝入境。而且绝大多数申根是单次签证，要想VFTF也是要满足特定条件的(要从签发国直接到新加坡)

本帖最后由 eric0081 于 2019-2-2 17:22 编辑 如果名单外申根国家出的签证不被认可的话，想要VFTF的话也就只能使用其他国家的多次有效签证了，我自身有美国、日本和新西兰有效的多次往返签证，任意一个是可以的。我是在担心我的女性同伴，如果我申请VFTF那么就意味着她就要单独申请新加坡签证。据说新加坡对单身女性单独申请签证有不低的拒签率，不知实际情况是否如此。

我身边的单身女性朋友还没有被拒签的。但是有人只给了35天。

多谢，那就朝着这个方向走吧。我去申请VFTF，同伴单独申请个新加坡签证好了，只要我在希腊雅典的时候没有新加坡的签证也能顺利登机就行。
