未必明确吧 并且也跟实际不符

从国外网友写的文章看，万豪自己应该有毫无争议的软降条款可查，否则难以解释过去的政策和客服的回复。

说的很清楚了，获得什么会籍要住多少晚，你所说的降级没有单独的标准，升级和降级都是相比于原来的会籍获得新会籍，只有入住合资格房晚才能获得。

国外网友意淫的吧。软降条款是肯定没有的，有的是内部政策，不体现在会员条款的。按照楼上飞客网友的解释，有的只是硬降条款。

你的解释字面上确实能解释的通。只不过，实际执行中降级没按照这条来

之前客服说逐级降，现在事实是很多人都降到金卡银卡了，没办法。
