Dear assistant,
My member number of Marriott Bonvey is （此处输入会员号数字）.
As you can see in your system that my member state is Titanium Elite in 2019.
And you inform me that if I was a Titanium Elite of Marriott Bonvey, I will become a PLATINUM though I did not complete require nights in 2019.
But now I become Gold Elite . Not PLATINUM !
I was informed that while i did not complete the require nights, I would become the subsequence state, In which you customer sevicer told me that I would become Platinum.
But without any notice, you downgrade my state to Glod, which made me miss my plan in 2019 to stay my state. Is this reasonable?
Could you please help me to adjust my membership back to Platinum?
