My apologies for delay in response as my email has indeed been facing technical challenges over the past days.
Ms. Bi, in response to your earlier email, please once again allow me to convey our most sincere apologies for your experiences on your most recent stay. We take your experiences and feedback very serious and as shared earlier, corrective actions have been taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Sorry for not meeting your expectations to keep you informed closer right after the incident, despite your experience was assumed as addressed appropriately and immediately, in person, on the day of happening.
Should this not be the case and should there be anything else I can assist with in this matter, I will be pleased to speak with you at your earliest convenience.
