起因:我2018年9月10号从香港转机迪拜去伊斯坦布尔.坐的EK385和FZ0751.
到达伊斯坦布尔的时候发现我的工行小恐龙箱子被第二程的flydubai迪拜航空(阿航旗下的一个廉航)摔坏了.
迪拜航空把我的箱子摔坏了,经过8个月23封邮件的沟通我终于得到了赔偿

当时已经是凌晨了,没法联系任何人,我只好在地勤处见证了一下箱子的破损并登记.谁能想到未来迎接我的是长达8个月的索赔之旅.

经过: 第①回合----第二天,我按照地勤的指示给baggageservices@flydubai.com发了邮件并附图.
迪拜航空要我提供我的护照以及箱子价格.
因为箱子是礼品也不是我亲手买的,我只好去天猫旗舰店截了个图.也就3千多块钱人民币吧(笑).
迪拜航空把我的箱子摔坏了,经过8个月23封邮件的沟通我终于得到了赔偿
第②回合----迪拜航空提出要陪我一个美国旅行者的同尺寸的箱子.
我表示我是个来自中国的旅行者,你回我邮件的时候我已经离开土耳其回中国了,我未来短期时间内都没有再去阿联酋或者土耳其的打算了.你们提出的赔偿恕我无法接受,我提议赔钱即可.
第③回合----迪拜航空说我图片里面的金额不够明确,他们理解不了什么是RMB,让我换算成美元.
我回复说,RMB就是China Yuan,换算成美元就是508.41刀或者3171.25里拉.
迪拜航空把我的箱子摔坏了,经过8个月23封邮件的沟通我终于得到了赔偿
第④回合----迪拜航空说可以赔偿,要我出示购物凭证.
我说购物凭证没有保留(赠品哪有购物凭证,不过据说如果管银行要,银行会提供,用于售后维修.我没有要,因为我怕看到银行采购金额会辣眼睛...).
第⑤回合----迪拜航空说最终的赔偿offer出来了.
1 赔偿箱子原价的50%,1745RMB,因为无法提供购物凭证.
2 赔偿等价2100RMB的迪拜航空优惠券.
我毫不犹豫地选择了1.
第⑥回合----迪拜航空说你填两个表签字发来我们就给你打钱,财务处理再加上国际电汇可能需要25-30个工作日.
我照做,留的招商银行的卡收款(此处有坑).此时已经是2018年9月25日.沟通了15天初步达成一致,效率还可以.

第⑦回合----2018年12月3日,我突然想起来我还没收到迪拜航空的赔款.我发邮件追问.
迪拜航空表示你之前写的字太潦草了我们不认识可能打错账号被退回了,你再发份电子的来.
我表示我的锅我的锅,连忙发了份电子档过去.
第⑧回合----2019年1月9日,我追问迪拜航空打款进度.
迪拜航空表示我去追一下.
第⑨回合----2019年4月7日,我表示还没收到钱.(中东人办事啥效率啊...)
迪拜航空表示我去追一下.
第⑩回合----2019年4月23日,我终于收到了招商银行的短信"您的境外汇入款项,已转由开户行处理,请联系开户行。[招商银行]".我连忙去手机银行国际汇入申报功能,发现里面没有可申报的入账.我连忙给开户行打电话.
    开户行北京上地支行回电话说,你这个钱吧是从国外汇进来的,按照人行外管局和银监会的规定,中国公民不能接受境外汇来的钱,这笔钱我们今天就会处理退回操作.
    我说你这说法漏洞百出.都40多年了,你确定"中国公民不能接受境外汇来的钱"这个规定存在,到底是哪个部门发布的什么文件我抓紧学习一下.如果不存在的话那就是伪造国家机关公文罪起步3年有期徒刑,你可要为自己的话负责啊.我本人表示绝对不接受退回(这可是我努力了8个月要来的!).你们好好研究一下回复我.
    第二天客户经理回复我了,说我这个钱是中东高危地区汇来的,涉嫌恐怖组织资助,让我解释一下用途.我说我这个钱其实就1000多,是中东航空公司把我箱子摔坏了赔给我的,我有全套证据我现在就把邮件转给你.客户经理收到了说好给我上报.
    于是在2019年4月28日,我终于收到了我日思夜想了8个月的赔偿.

尾声:事后马后炮地想,早知道不用国内的卡收款了,说不定之前没收到是因为多次被退回.手里还有香港和新西兰的储蓄卡.
但是香港的卡吧,电汇回来又要亏十几块手续费.
新西兰的卡......还好没用新西兰卡收款,不然落地就得按涉嫌境外恐怖组织资助复仇给我关小黑屋(基督城枪击案).
后面另附往来邮件全文,纯文本格式,已脱去敏感信息.排列顺序是时间顺序,建议从最后面开始反着看.

如果您遇到航班延误、取消,行李延误、损坏或丢失,可以通过 Fedup 提交投诉索赔。
