写得好。CX客服也是还在我面前重申条款。反正JAL和BA都给我延了蓝宝，CX爱捂着自己的尊贵破会员那就捂着呗，最不该让会员寒心的时候，在边际成本很低的政策上还扣扣缩缩，想想以前一些CX DM的不管三七二十一就是要**，笑死

是啊，最近大家也不怎么飞，会员维护的边际成本真的会非常的低，想不清楚他们到底在算什么。很简单的操作换来的是忠诚度，有点过于死脑筋

楼主提到另外一个人给延期了，这样写，都已经把人逼到墙角了，等于叫对接的那个MPC专员更加坚定地不给延期啊。。。这种一定要讲自家的事情，不要扯其他人，即便你听到了其他人延长有效期，或者缺分升级，这都跟自己无关。一般情况都是聊自己对MPC的感情、对MPC的信任及认可，可以说一下之前每年飞了多少多少，累积了多少多少会籍点数；然后再转折一下，说疫情原因导致出差的机会跟可能性也少了很多，稍稍将责任推到国泰自己大范围取消洲际航线上面；最后再吹一下自己本来计划是飞多少多少的，肯定可以升级/保级.......没必要将对话弄得刀光剑影、针锋相对，也不是商务谈判斤斤计较、半步不让的情况。将话聊开心了，人家电脑上随便操作一下，会籍就延期了。一旦没给人家回旋的余地，直接就拿“公司规定”出来了。

不太愿意争执哈，可能我的意思没表达清楚，其实没有说别人，只是在说自己被区别对待的心理感受。

我觉得延期的话那就所有人都延，只延后几个月到期的算怎么回事？说的好像其他人没受到影响？

对的，香港公司做事情风格过于计较或者精细，感觉只是用错了场合

mpc太死板了 会籍假期预先设定的1-12个月期限 不能提前终止... 这完全是甩锅 风险转移给客户。本来会籍假期是针对会员自身的情况 比如要生娃等，那时间好估计。换个角度来说 如果我设定了12个月 不能提前中止，那期间零星有飞行计划 我不一定优先国泰。

我觉得按照一年延期没啥问题。但是我那些升舱券就尴尬了

波萝会一向处理base in case by case,一向到期时只要不是差太远也会当作保级成功

As the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, we understand your ability to travel has been seriously affected and that may continue for some months to come. We will therefore be renewing your Gold status for another 12 months when it expires in 2021, even if the normal renewal requirement is not met.

We will also be reissuing any unused mid-tier benefits that expire between May 2020 and April 2021 for another 12 months, so you can enjoy them when your travel resumes. The reissue should take 7 working days from the date of expiry.

吵了這麼久，國泰最終還是給2021年到期的人延了一年的會籍。

與其這樣，為何不一開始就給? 國泰這點真的不夠大器....
