我直接贴投诉信原文吧:
Dear Japan Airlines,
I do not think my flight experience on May 17’s JAL 9 matches my impression of Japan airlines. Typically, I would only complain when there’s more than three mistakes, as one or two could only be the members being unlucky, but today’s flight was not.
After checkin, I was nearly forced to be moved away from the business class mini cabin (row 5) to accommodate another family even as emerald member. When I told the lounge agent that I do not wish to give up a seat in mini cabin, she even asked me why - for long, that row is reserved for emerald and JAL diamond members. However, I was still changed to 5A, which is fine. However, since the change was last-minute, the flight attendant did not place amenity kit on my seat. I did not get amenity kit until I asked flight attendants to.
The second problem is cabin cleaning. On my seat, there was a large portion of visible stain on the side board, and I could even use finger nails to peel them off. I called flight attendant immediately and they wiped it off. I even recorded a video and feel free to email me for a copy.
The third problem is the flight attendant nearly served the wrong meal for me. I told them very clearly that I requested a western steak meal, but they served me Japanese meal until I pointed it out. I believe this kind of problem could only happen on BA or AA, and I cannot imagine this kind of mistake can happen on JAL.
The last problem is name addressing. Few crew members addressed me by my name on business class, and even Alaska can do this on their domestic first.
The four problems addressed above demonstrated JAL’s lack of training of employees during the pandemic. If only one problem happened, it would not be ground of complaint on my side. However, the appearance of problems together in one flight showed more than just regular mistake. It’s my hope that the airline can revive its previous honor as the best airline in the world as soon as possible.

沒錢坐兩艙, 但單從經濟艙餐食只有一款就沒看出JL好在那兒了

日航的国际航线已经被砍了很多内容了。不要期望值太高就行。3000人员都要被发配到LCC,你觉得她们会有多好的服务?能够维持疫情前一般的服务已经不错了。且坐且珍惜。
